Located in Hutto, Texas, Lisa Donovan is a life-long fitness enthusiast with the desire to encourage, motivated and guide individuals towards becoming the best version of themselves.
Lisa understands the importance movement plays in managing health issues and has used fitness as part of her treatment for both hypothyroidism and genetic high blood pressure for several years. She is also well-versed in the intricacies of proper nutrition and the positive effects it can have on the body. She is also familiar with the fear and insecurity many experience when considering or beginning to exercise. Lisa empowers her clients to enjoy movement through variety, instruction and modification, helping them understand that exercise is a celebration of what our bodies can accomplish.
In 2018 Lisa left her corporate job in order to devote herself full-time to helping people meet their fitness goals. She is ACE certified in both personal training and fitness nutrition. Specializing in what she calls “mobile training,” Lisa travels with all equipment necessary for each individually tailored workout to the homes of her clients in the Greater Austin area. She also offers individual training and group classes virtually.
In addition to being active in any way she can, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hot weather, coffee, and making friends in the grocery store checkout line.
